However, please note that we are unable to deliver to certain restricted or remote regions at this time, including:

HANDLING DAMAGE OR DEFECTS

We take every report of damage seriously.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and send us photos of the damaged item(s) to support@getuoomii.com.

Once we confirm the damage, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping cost if necessary.
