We accept order cancellations before your package has been shipped.
If you cancel your order early, you will receive a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, a 30% cancellation fee will apply to cover processing and handling costs.

Due to the nature of intimate wellness products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any product that has been opened or unsealed after delivery.
However, we do offer a 25-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you’re not satisfied, we’ll be happy to issue a one-time courtesy refund — no return required.
A small shipping fee will be deducted from the refund to support our growing business.
If your item is damaged or defective, we will of course accept a return.

Our team will assess your submission and determine if it qualifies for a return.
If approved, we will:

Provide you with a designated return address.

Return shipping will be covered by UOOMII in the case of defective or damaged products.
For unopened, unused products returned within 30 days, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund once the item is received.
Please note that, due to the intimate nature of our products, standard returns are only accepted if the product remains sealed and unused.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed condition.
All original accessories and manuals must be included.
The item must be shipped in its undamaged original packaging to ensure safe transit.
Send the product to the designated return address.
Once your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Once your return is received (or your satisfaction claim is approved), our care team will:
Verify the product’s eligibility for return or refund.
Notify you by email with the outcome.
If approved, the refund will be issued via your original payment method within 7 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Include clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
If we confirm the damage occurred during shipping, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement — and cover return shipping costs if needed.
